Stanfield started out as a farm settlement called Foster and took its current name in 1909, the year before it incorporated. Q: Why do manufactured homes in Stanfield get water damage, and can you fix it?
A: Yes, we can fix it, and it’s some of our most common work in Stanfield, where about one home in four is manufactured. The trouble usually starts underneath.
